Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can arise. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancelling your booking.

Once a booking is confirmed and in the diary, it is considered final. In the event of cancellation, you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost for the originally requested dates.

Pickup/Drop Off Policy

Buckinghamshire

For all bookings for clients in our local area, we will offer free collection and drop off where we can, but there may be an additional charge which will be discussed on booking.

You are always welcome to drop your dog off at The Cottage and collect them once you are home and this is encouraged for local clients!

London

We also offer free pick ups and drop offs to Chelsea & Fulham for all boarding bookings.

Our days for collections and drop offs are Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday between the hours of 10am and 4pm.

Some collections and drop offs may be able to be accommodated outside of these days but will be confirmed a few weeks before your bookings dependent on availability. This is simply based on the schedule and cannot be predicted.

For example, if your flight is on a Saturday, then your dog may need to begin it’s boarding stay from Thursday, and if your return flight is the following Saturday, your dog may be required to board with us until the following Tuesday.

You are always welcome to drop off and pick up your dog from The Woof Cottage on whatever you’d like!
